    If you're like me, then Diet Culture has put a lot of fear in you, and while the body positivity movement and others have tried to change this narrative, it has only done so superficially.

    As a result, we are left with the same underlying message: we are not good enough unless we make external changes. I'm here to share that work is internal. 

    For many, dieting has become an addiction, and they struggle with binge eating, obsessing over food, and being trapped in a never-ending cycle of emotional drama. What if there were techniques that could help you break free from the chains of emotional eating, food cravings, diet culture, and the like, and learn to listen to your body's internal wisdom again? Intuitive eating and EFT/Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) can provide support and guidance for those struggling on the roller coaster of emotional eating, dieting, and food obsession.

    In this first episode, I'm going to take you on my self-discovery journey and share how I literally tapped into my emotions and released the feelings that kept me stuck.

    Hi! I'm Jason Winters, EFT Tapping Empowerment Coach; I'm here to share with you the gift of Food Freedom. From my earliest memory, I have struggled with my eating and an intense desire for food. I have suffered from low self-esteem and self-hate. Like many, I used diets to punish my shameful overeating habits, and of course, I dieted to lose weight. The cycle continued until I realized an unhealthy mindset could not create or support a fully healthy body. I discovered Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) on my journey to mindset mastery. It was an effective and efficient way to focus on what was at the root of my pain and struggles.
