After the cataclysm known as The Last Stand, humanity fled to the stars. Earth has now been lost to the Gimfa, giant alien creatures bent on destruction and chaos. The benevolent Galactic Alliance gave humanity a colony world—Lewa—to call our own, but they have given humanity one condition: our Guardians must remain unarmed as they aren’t allowed to join the elite Alliance Corps military force.

Lieutenant Paul Anderson is a Guardian driver, able to pilot the massive, thirty-meter-tall mecha “Point Break” from his cockpit high above the ground. There are only two problems—the Alliance won’t let him arm the giant mecha, and even if he could, he’s a long way from where any of the fighting is occurring. When Paul learns his mother’s been killed on Lewa, he wants to get some payback… but he can’t.

The enormous aliens known as Gimfa attacked the planet Lewa, and the Guardians thought they took them down. But instead, the aliens established a beachhead on the colony world and are readying a larger army to eliminate humanity once and for all. First Earth and now Lewa… unless the Guardians can stop them. More of the advanced Guardians are in development and may be ready to stand alongside Vortex Stingray and the others as the Galactic Alliance joins humanity’s effort to clear Lewa of the Gimfa.
