Ian Boxall is Senior Tutor and Tutorial Fellow in New Testament at St Stephen's House, Oxford, and a member of the Faculty of Theology and Religion at the University of Oxford. He was formerly Associate Professor of New Testament at the Catholic University of America, Washington DC. His research interests include the Gospel of Matthew, the Book of Revelation, and the reception history of the New Testament.
