    We’re talking about lab results that tell you exactly *why* your body’s acting like a picky eater at a salad bar and how you can use that info to build a supplement plan that actually works. Think of it as couples therapy for your cells and nutrients—they finally start working together and stop fighting over who gets to absorb what.     1. **Sunlight** – Here’s a wild fact: you’re supposed to spend 85% of your life outside, but instead, you’re bingeing Netflix in the dark 97% of the time or trapped in a office with neon lights...Go outside and let the sun work its magic. You might even remember what fresh air smells like!


    2. **Grounding** – Take off your shoes, touch the earth, and let your body detox by literally dumping all its bad vibes into the ground. Grounding also helps your red blood cells declump—yup, they’ve been clumped up like an awkward family photo, and this helps them chill out and get back to work detoxing and regenerating.


    3. **Breathwork** – Wim Hof your way to better health by, you know, *actually* breathing. Get oxygen deep into your lungs because where there’s oxygen, disease can’t crash the party. Bonus: you’ll sound zen AF.


    4. **Cold Showers** – Look, no one likes them, but cold showers are the cellular version of a cold hard slap in the face. Your cells will wake up, reboot, and run at full capacity while you scream through the pain. Totally worth it, right?
