  • 30 | Create wealth and abundance without ditching your daily latte with Sadia Ali
    Nov 28 2024

In this week’s episode, I’m joined by the brilliant Sadia Ali, founder of Wealth With Sadia and money expert dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs to take control of their finances, invest strategically, and build lasting wealth. Sadia breaks down her two-step model to wealth—Step 1: Make Money. Step 2: Make Money Work FOR You.

In this episode, Sadia shares actionable strategies to start investing with as little as £1, demystifies wealth-building, and explains why making money might require hard work—but growing it doesn’t have to.

This was one of the most eye-opening conversations I’ve had on financial empowerment. Sadia’s energy and insights will leave you inspired to reimagine what wealth means and how to make it a reality for yourself. Asking questions like...

→ is your childhood shaping your current financial habits?
→ how do we break free from the myth that investing requires a lot of money or effort?
→ why is building wealth more about femininity than masculinity?

What makes Sadia’s approach unique is her ability to weave psychology, human behavior, and practical action into a roadmap for financial freedom. She dives deep into the emotional and psychological barriers we face with money and discusses how healing our relationship with finances can create abundance—even on a budget.

Whether you’re a seasoned entrepreneur or just starting out, this episode will teach you how to embrace your finances as a tool for freedom and empowerment.

Let me know your thoughts—this episode might just change how you see money forever.

  • 28 | Living in flow with Ross Power
    Aug 14 2024

On this week’s episode of Flow, I’m joined by my brother Ross Power.

I can’t think of a better person to discuss this topic with because I am truly inspired by what he has achieved.

Ross has prioritised finding his flow to create a life and career in perfect alignment with his purpose and values - a balance of commercialisation and financial focus, whilst doing something really impactful in his work.

Ross is probably the freest person I know, both externally and internally.

He’s living a life he’s dreamed of since he was little, which is the ability to live and surf in Bali and work remotely, whilst working within the blockchain space, growing a career to be proud of.

    Did someone say performer mode?

He’s a perfect example of someone who has done the internal work, invested in his personal and career development and is now living his dream because of it.

If you’re looking to get inspired and discover a real life example of how finding your flow could be the one thing holding you back from living your dream life, this episode is a must-listen.

I really hope you are inspired by this episode.

  • Ep 27 | Does everything happen for a reason?
    Jul 4 2024

Do you believe that everything happens for a reason?

Are we part of some master plan?

There is comfort in knowing that things do happen for a reason.

Join me on this week's episode as I navigate universal guidance, new-age spirituality and the historical, religious, philosophical and science-based facts to look into if, in fact, everything does happen for a reason.

For those that don't know already, I went through a life-changing event in 2016 that taught me so many lessons. Because of that and no matter how difficult a situation might be, I'll always be able to lean on the fact that I got through that event.

So if you're still trying to figure out why something might have happened in your life, this is a great episode to help you navigate those challenges.

I can't wait to hear your thoughts!

  • Ep 24 | Harnessing your natural flow: can we turn our menstrual cycles into a super power?
    Jul 1 2024

For a woman, peak fertility means peak performance. How can we work with our bodies, rather than against them and still achieve everything we desire?

Our bodies undergo various changes during each phase of the menstrual cycle, affecting our energy levels, mood, and overall performance. For instance, during menstruation, we might feel less energetic compared to the ovulation phase, where many women experience a boost in vitality.

Understanding and embracing these natural rhythms can lead to a more harmonious and empowered life.

One amazing way to connect with your cycle is by linking each phase to the different seasons of the year. This analogy can help you visualise and understand the shifts happening within your body.

    • Winter (Menstruation): Just as winter is a time for rest and reflection, menstruation is a period for slowing down and conserving energy. It's a time for introspection and self-care.
    • Spring (Follicular Phase): Spring symbolises new beginnings and growth. Post-menstruation, energy levels start to rise, making it a great time for setting new intentions and embarking on new projects.
    • Summer (Ovulation): Summer is synonymous with peak energy and outward expression. Ovulation is when you might feel your most vibrant and sociable, making it an ideal time for social activities and tackling challenging tasks.
    • Autumn (Luteal Phase): Autumn represents a time of winding down and preparing for rest. The luteal phase might bring about a need for more nurturing and self-compassion as your body prepares for the next cycle.

By bringing more consciousness to your menstrual cycle, you can achieve greater regularity and predictability. I invite you to explore this seasonal approach and truly flow with your body.

Reflect on when you feel most energised and when you need more rest. By practising this exercise, you'll start to feel more connected to your body and its natural rhythms, turning your menstrual cycle into a source of strength and empowerment.

I can't wait to hear your thoughts on this episode!

    To your flow (literally...),
