  • Ep 4: Trust the Season You’re In: Giving Grace to the Pivot of Life
    Jun 13 2025

Life doesn’t always move how we want it to. Sometimes it feels like everything is stuck or moving too fast. In this episode, I talk about what it means to trust where you are, even when it feels slow or uncertain.

I share some honest thoughts as I get close to turning 26. Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about where I thought I’d be by now. It’s hard not to compare when people around you are hitting big milestones, like getting married, having kids, and buying homes. I talk about what it feels like to be in a different place and still feel like something’s missing, even when you’ve done “all the right things.”

I also open up about relationships. How I’ve been hoping for something real, but still giving time and energy to people who aren’t meant for me. And how does that get in the way of calling in what I really want.

This episode is about slowing down. Letting go of the pressure to rush. Trusting that even in the quiet seasons, you’re still growing.

  • Ep 3: Self-Love Over Self-Sacrifice
    May 20 2025

In this episode, I’m talking about what it means to choose yourself. For years, I thought putting my needs first made me selfish or difficult. I was a people pleaser, constantly saying yes to things I didn’t want to do, all because I tied my self-worth to how others saw me. I share how that started in childhood. Growing up in a strict household where obedience was expected, and feelings were brushed off. I open up about how that lack of emotional safety shaped my relationships and led me to overextend myself just to feel accepted.

But I’ve learned a lot. I’ve learned that setting boundaries isn’t rude. It’s self-respect. That saying no doesn’t mean you don’t care. It means you’re honouring your own energy. And this is what radical self-care looks like.

I talk about friendships, parenting, work, and the moments when I finally realised I had to stop abandoning myself to make others comfortable.

If you’ve ever felt guilty for resting, for declining plans, or for walking away from something that no longer feels aligned, this one’s for you.
