    Without strenght training, we won't run faster, jump higher, walk longer or swim stronger. A very long time women thought that strenght training is not needed, it's something for men and good looking. Cardio & women, aerobic & women, yoga & women but weights & women?!

  • Which Style of Training for your Goals - train for the momentum

    you're confused because you don't know which style or sort of training is best for you?

    I get that- For me it's the same most of the time. I'll explain, where your should be when deciding your training schedule. I'll tell you in this episode something like:

    • is it always important to train the whole body, all weeks or not?
    • do you need the same training or is variation better?
    • you're an endurance athlete, do you need strength training?
    • which training for which goal?
