She's devoted to helping more of us thrive in this industry by providing relatable and devoted coaching to her students.

    Tatiana Cooper is a Chicago Native, born and raised on the Southside. She received a full-ride offer to NC A&T for volleyball and graduated Magna cum Laude with a degree in Civil Engineering. She worked as an engineer for 8 years and am currently licensed in Finance at Fidelity Investments full-time. Her story all started with SAGE (Saving Adolescent Girls Everywhere), the nonprofit organization she started in 2018. She started SAGE because she wanted to mentor teenage girls. She wanted them to have an example that looked like them and someone they could relate to. The mission is to provide social awareness, educational assistance, nutritional value, outings, community service, and career and professional development to our teen girls.

She graduated when the recession hit when no jobs were hiring. Her resume only had two marketing experiences listed as the first-ever freshman Lifestyle Marketing Representative at UG Strategies, an entertainment marketing agency. Along with experience as the first-ever sophomore Marketing Representative at Black Enterprise, a black-owned multimedia company in New York City. With no luck in the job market, she came across a music marketing opportunity for a local duo hip-hop alternative band. Within six months of working on the band’s marketing campaigns, she led them to a production deal offer for a Grammy-nominated Singer-songwriter.
