  • Trauma Work Done Properly Part 1 - No more buzzowrds
    Jan 14 2025

This episode is about trauma work, done properly. Trauma-informed training doesn’t teach you everything. In this episode, I've got a bone to pick. I peel back the missing layers, from helping clients out of freeze states to understanding real safety and attunement. Reason with me for the fact that this isn’t just about theory; it’s about the sacred responsibility of showing up for someone’s deepest pain with care, ethics, and respect. Whether you’re a practitioner, leader, or someone embarking on your own healing, this is an unfiltered look at the art of trauma work.
