    This is the shift that makes you stand out- that I wish I knew sooner!

    When I first started my program, no one ever explicitly told me this... and honestly, it left me with a lot of imposter syndrome.

    When you start your program, you'll likely feel like you're borrowing a lot of your mentors' knowledge. You might be applying concepts you learned in certification programs, courses, or from other experts in your industry.

    This is Phase 1.

    And it’s completely normal.
    To start, you just need to help someone. You don’t skip this part, you grow through it.

    But I don't have to tell you that to truly become known in your industry, to become a thought leader... You need to go beyond that.

    That's what you do in Phase 2.

    Phase 2 is about having a signature process, frameworks and concepts that are unique to you.
