  • Roofing Content Creation Masterclass (Part 1) | Mindset, Audience, and Authenticity w/Andrew Itnyre
    Dec 5 2025

This is the most in-depth roofing content creation masterclass ever recorded.

In this two-part episode of The Roofing Millionaires Podcast, I sat down with Andrew Itnyre from Masters Roofing in Memphis, Tennnessee - one of the most influential roofing creators online with millions of views, brand collaborations, and a powerful educational presence for both homeowners and roofing company owners.

We went deep into the real side of content creation for roofers.

Not the generic “post more videos” advice… but the strategy, mindset, tools, and systems that actually build a brand, drive sales, and make people trust you online.

Across these two parts, we covered:

    - Why roofing companies MUST create content in 2026

    - How to define your real audience as a roofer

    - Fear of the camera & the psychology behind showing up online

    - Authenticity vs. fakeness - how people can spot both instantly

    - Misconceptions about roofing content (and what actually works)

    - Alternatives for people who don’t want to be on camera

    - AI tools for scripting, editing, scheduling & repurposing

    - AI content vs human content - what wins and why

    - The tools & gadgets you need at each stage (beginner → advanced)

    - How content creation drives more roofing sales

    - Distribution strategy: social media & NON-social media channels

    - How to scale your content system without burning out

This is the kind of conversation Andrew has never had publicly before. It is deep, tactical, and brutally honest. Every roofing company owner, marketer, and salesperson needs to watch this episode.

  • Will 5 ‘All-Stars’ Destroy Your Roofing Team? w/Stevan Adjemian
    Nov 21 2025

Are you only hiring "charismatic" salespeople? In this deep-dive interview, Stevan Adjemian of Red Rock Roofing reveals why that strategy fails and why having "5 all-stars" (like 5 LeBron Jameses) will destroy your team.

This episode is a masterclass in true leadership.

Steve breaks down the critical difference between a "roofing company" and a "roofing organization." He shares his secrets on how to identify character (not just skill) in hiring, how to build a selfless culture, and why your "bench players" (production team) are just as crucial as your "starting five" (sales team).

If you want to become a leader who builds a legacy focused on impact over revenue, this episode is mandatory viewing.

In This Episode, You Will Learn:

    • The 3 P's: People, Process, & Procedures
    • How to identify Character vs. Charisma in the hiring process.
    • The "Bodybuilder" Example: Why drive and curiosity trump natural talent.
    • How to stop micromanaging and give your team "permission to fail."
    • CRITICAL: How to integrate your production/labor teams into your company culture.
    • The art of giving (and receiving) constructive criticism as a leader.

Guest: Steve Adjemian (Red Rock Roofing, Colorado)

    Host: Muhammad Faiz

  • How Fortified Roofs Protect Homes and Families | TRM E29 w/Scott Christopher
    Aug 22 2025

I sat down with Scott Christopher from Disasterproof Roofing in Louisiana, and this episode turned into something powerful.

Scott shared how he went from fishing and HVAC into roofing, the challenges he faced starting out, and why our industry desperately needs better training, licensing, and guidance for roofers. We dug into one of his biggest differentiators — the Fortified Roof system. Scott explained what a Fortified Roof actually is, how the approval process works, and why so few roofers or homeowners know about it, even though it can literally change the way homes withstand storms in Louisiana.

But this episode wasn’t just about roofing. Earlier this year, Scott suffered a serious accident when he fell out of a window. That experience forced him to step back, rethink his business, build stronger systems, and most importantly — never take safety for granted. He opened up about how even with years of experience, the basics of safety can never be ignored if you want to protect yourself and your loved ones.

We also talked about purpose, family, and what it really means to balance work with the people you’re doing it for. Scott shared a moment from our first recording attempt when emotions took over — and how that taught him to never forget his “why.”

If you’re a roofer, homeowner, or someone who believes in building with purpose, this conversation will hit home.

  • What Makes a Great Roofing Company | TRM Episode 28 w/Crystal Watterson
    Aug 15 2025

I sat down with Crystal Watterson from Great American Roofing in Georgia, and this conversation went far beyond roofing.

Crystal shared her incredible story of transforming 170 failing hotel properties into profitable ones, and the lessons roofers can learn from it — especially about finding your sweet spot, serving the right customers, and resisting the trap of chasing “more volume” at the expense of quality.

We dove deep into why a CFO (or someone acting like one) is critical in roofing not just to track the money coming in and out, but to set KPIs, project trends, and spot problems long before they sink your business.

From there, our conversation took a turn into parenting in the 21st century, the influence of social media, the pursuit of attention, and how both young men and women are being shaped by the culture around them. Crystal opened up about her belief that psychology, as taught today, often programs people instead of empowering them, and why critical thinking is being stripped away from society.

She also shared her breast cancer journey why she refused chemotherapy despite pressure from doctors and the state, the alternative treatment she chose, and how she recovered.

We talked about limiting beliefs, taking control of your life, and the mindset needed to thrive in a world where so much is happening behind the scenes.

If you’re ready for a conversation that mixes business, life, health, and truth… this is one you won’t forget.

  • Life Lessons from a 5th-Generation Roofer | TRM E27 w/Graeme Millar
    Aug 8 2025

Graeme Millar is a fifth-generation roofing contractor, former chairman of IFD and @nfrc and a legend in the UK roofing industry. In this deeply reflective and honest conversation, Graeme opens up about life after selling his company, his unexpected entry into roofing after the death of his father, and the tough decisions he had to make along the way.

We dive into topics most roofing podcasts never touch like what happens when your kids don’t want to take over the family business, what you lose while chasing success, and how to hire the right people not just based on skills, but values.

He also shares what roofing in Europe gets right that the U.S. struggles with, why trade work is losing appeal among younger generations, and the real secret behind long-term success in this industry.

This is one of those episodes where you’ll walk away with more perspective than tactics and that’s exactly what makes it powerful.
