Many of us follow fixed expectations in our everyday lives:
family traditions, social norms, old beliefs.
But sometimes we realize: That's not who I am at all.
Fulfillment often only comes when we start listening more to what brings us personal joy. Then we feel: I am living my life—not someone else's.
What allows us to go in peace?
Those who live in harmony with themselves, with a sense of inner peace, gratitude, and joy, often find it easier to let go.
That doesn't mean that everything has to be perfect—but it does mean that we have accepted ourselves.
The desire to die can also be understandable—for example, when life becomes a burden.
But as long as we still feel something inside us—curiosity, joy, connectedness—it's worth staying here.
Conclusion: Life is a game—even if it seems serious
Perhaps it helps us to think of life as an experience, with ups and downs.
Not everything can be explained. Not everything can be controlled.
