amazing

I started listening to Joe Dispenza and becoming interested in his work a couple years ago. I recently found more of his work and have fully immersed myself with meditations. I have found them to be very very helpful. you are on a great journey.

learn a lot of knowledge. The author inspires me

I want to change myself , get a new life and have a brand new me. Dr. Dispensa can inspire me. He tells me where is the positive energy of the universe. I will follow the instructions he showed. Indeed it is good book.

This book is changing my life

I already knew Dr. Dispenza from the movie "What the bleep do we know". I've always believed that we are all interconnected in some way but it is difficult to get all without being a bit "metaphysic". In this book, Dr. Dispenza explains SO WELL and gives so many examples that I could not doubt anymore.

Just this new understanding has already changed my life and I am about to give this book as a gift to friends of mine who, I know, will understand better themselves and what they need to change in order to be out of the rut and into real happiness.

Some books are indispensable for the world to get better, and this is one of them. Thank you Dr. Dispenza for your contribution to the world.

So Helpful for Awakening

I highly suggest this book to anyone on their path of recovery.

I listened to the entire book twice and chapter 9 to the end several times. I needed the repetition to help dig deeper to let go of tightly held attachments.

great book to push you into the change

good read ..Gave me the right frame of mind to create a better life for myself . Some of the exercises seem to be overwhelming . Give it a reread and practice at your own pace remaining mindful of yourself and reactions .
