An amazing book

The hardest and most complex subjects are simplified and clearly explained in this book. Also, step by step instruction and guidance are provided to go from a beginner in spirituality to advanced. It’s not about theories and just feeling good while reading it, but it is practical, something that can be applied in your life and see the result. An Amazingggg book, Dr. Joe💐

too long

I liked it but it could be sold as an audio meditation track in maximun 1 hours. I spent alot of time explaining basics of meditation and how meditation affects the brain.

not for listening

Some books are better off purchased in print and this is one of them. Too many instructions to follow with no reference to a website or landing page where listeners could find a list of instructions for later use. At the end instead they recommend you buy more of his books to learn more.

very disappointed with the Narrator

I was looking forward to this book. but even five minutes and I knew I couldn't enjoy it because of the person reading it. I am so very disappointed. I love dr. Joe dispenza and all of his work but I just can't abide this

Building on the works off Dr. Bruce Lipton, and others in the space

Overall, if you have been in this space and are familiar with self growth, there is nothing new and it’s packaged with his variations that you could probably pick up on YouTube as well. Little bit longer than is necessary and some chapters but someone new, it may be more enjoyable.

Life Changing

After listening to the entire book and practicing Dr. Joe’s meditation, I noticed a difference in my thoughts and behaviors after the first meditation. There are several events that happened in my life which seem miraculous that I now understand I brought them to fruition through my thoughts and unwavering belief in what the outcome would be.

Missing the guided meditations from the book

I bought this after reading the book so I could have an audio version of the step by step, guided meditations included in the appendix of the book. These were not included! How could they have left out that part?! Also, the narrator was not my style. Slow talker and had a bit of a snarky tone.

Good info but author is long winded

This book could benefit from at least 100 pages removed which would probably make the audio book 2-3 hours less. The author is busy showing off his knowledge and this causes the reader(listener) to have to SWIM through the information to find the needed text to actually help you break the habit of being yourself. I found it beneficial to get a copy of the book verses listening only.

Helpful

A friend recommended this book to me and I’m so glad I read it! It’s insightful on how we do have control Over our thoughts. I recommend it to anyone on a self discovery journey or just trying to be a better human. The only thing I wish was different is if I could see all the diagrams he refers to as he’s reading.

terrible

Mixing Quantum Mechanics with self help books is sketchy, still, I thought I'd give it a try. I couldn't get through chapter one even. Implying that a randomized trial about the effect of prayer gave a nonstatistical improved results in sepsis is a powerful result is where I just couldn't take it any more.

A doorway into a new life

Dr. Dispenza has a great gift for the open minded. A way out of the rat race that modern life has become, a way out of the frustration and dissatisfaction suffered by people from all walks of life, from young to old, from poor to rich. And his method is supported by science, so he brings an objective side to the ancient abstract methods. If you want to improve anything in your life you have to give this book a try.
