Missing the extra material.

Great book, definitely has helped me with sorting certain aspects of my life out. Only wish I could access the reference material that I’m told is meant to be in my library but is not. Anyone have any tips or have had similar issues?

very helpful and infirmative

the beginning chapter really caught my attention and I feel I learned a lot . the latter chapters seemed repetitive and 12 hours is a long listen for a book. but I would recommend it

Exceptional book

Excellent, except book condones cheating husbands. It's better to divorce to set example for kids.

Valuable Information

Over all these years, I never bothered with CBT. If I had I would have had the tools to overcome depression and anxiety years ago. I am very glad that I read this book. However, it is disheartening when someone writes a book with CBT exercises and then goes on to use the “should” word throughout the book. I find myself constantly rearranging the sentences in my head.
Aside from that, the book helped me to reevaluate my thought patterns and I now look at the world and my life much more realistically. For this I am thankful.
