Publisher's Summary

Learn 1000 French Words - without memorization!

Did you know that you only need 1,000 French words to understand 76% of all French nonfiction writing, 79.6% of all fiction, and a whopping 87.8% of all spoken French conversations?

Now you can take a shortcut to French vocabulary by learning 1,000 of the most common French words covering 26 themes - with no need for rote memorization. All you need is six to seven minutes per day to listen to audio drills. The exercises will teach you 20-25 French words each day through a repetition method designed to help you grasp the words naturally.

Pronounce common French words the right way.

The drills are narrated by a French speaker and guaranteed to help you learn and practice correct pronunciation - as it is spoken by native speakers today. Each word is repeated first in French with its English translation (spoken in normal speed), and one more time in French, but spoken in slower speed.

Highly convenient and effective.

Each daily session lasts for six to seven minutes and is very easy to follow. You can listen to the drills practically anywhere - in your commute, while driving, running, doing chores, or during any free time you have.

The words are divided into 26 themes, making it easier for you to focus on the topics you are most interested in.

Great book! Very useful!

Bonjour! This book is astounding! This audiobook is a boon to all who is interested in learning the French language. I come from a non-French speaking country. This book helps me to learn the language quickly. The audiobook is easy to understand for any beginners with or without French background. I expect more of such books from this author. The author has done an excellent job in starting out with necessary words and slowly moving towards the parts of speech.

Each audio drill is about six to seven minutes, and the author made it easy to follow. The specific instructions on how to use this book are useful. I would recommend downloading the audiobook which will be very helpful in practicing and pronouncing the words. Now I know to pronounce many French words correctly. With proper practice using this book, I am sure that, anyone can get a good background in French.

There is a different speed option, which is useful in practicing the words for many times according to our convenience. Bookmark option is available in this book which makes it an easy way to get back to a particular word in the audiobook. This book made me start conversing in the French language. There is an option to select a specific chapter which will be useful for finding a specific topic. The book is easy to use. I feel learning all these 1000 words will create a basic French speaker to understand the conversations and give a proper reply.

Easily, This is the best language learning book that I have ever read. I would easily give the book a 5 star for the clarity and recommend it to others.
