Life Changing; Humbling
I love how Mel can make you look internally at your biggest flaws and not only make you laugh about them, but give inspiration on how to change your worst habits. I related to each person in these interviews in a different way, and it was a great way laugh and also get some self reflection. Love this woman! #Audible1

Brilliant!!!!
I have read other Mel Robbins books and I love them all!! She is vivacious, energetics, entertaining and is able to deliver raw honest brutal feedback with warmth and empathy! I appreciate the lessons learned at the end of each session and believe they could be applied to most people at various times in their lives. Thank you Mel for being real!!!

you can be mad at someone and still love them
so so many take aways , and too many to list. strong language advisory, do not let that prevent you from listening!!
but if your finding yourself stuck, this a a golder to listen to as sometimes the thing you think your stuck on, is not at all what your really stuck on!

Brilliant!
Exceeded my expectations! I love Mel Robbins but to be honest, I wasn't sure about the concept of Kick Ass. It sounded a bit like boring talk radio. But what it is, is actually 9 very different, relatable and compelling stories. You can take away something from each session. Listening to Mel talk through real life coaching sessions made it more impactfull and engaging. There were many jaw dropping moments for me. I can only hope there will be more to come in this series!
