Plenty of advices for one who wants to work on its longevity. Dr. Mark Hyman is giving all necessary resources regardless of whether he got involved with them or not. Pleasant and educative listen indeed.

By the way … PDF is available. You just have to follow the instructions how to get it. However, I’ve bought the book instead.

I love Mark Hyman’s podcast but I had a difficult time making it to the end of this book. I have somewhat of a medical background and yet, ALOT of this information was over my head. Also, I agree with a previous review, that there is no way that anyone would possibly have the time or money to implement all of his suggestions.
