So often we say, “yeah, but that’s the trade-off” like it’s BAD thing. Almost as if we’re not good enough to do ALL of the things, so we “drop the ball’ in advance. But what if the opposite were true? What if we could embrace tradeoffs in our life and our work as a strategy to move us forward in our goals AND to help us experience the kind of life we want to live day to day and hour by hour? Let’s look at a tool that can help us identify potential trade-offs we can declare and own, all in the name of growth.
