    We are not wrong we are just who we are. When we learn to accept ourselves and understand ourselves more all in all our brilliance messiness perfectionism, procrastination, and unique strengths we can really thrive.

    We will be sharing with you, our experience and inviting others to do the same. Our wish is for us to come together to celebrate growth and to see what is possible because, in my opinion, we are all walking each other home.

    My Name is Katie Stibbs and my co- host is Sara Robinson.

    I am the creator of The Simplify Method, we will learn powerful tools & new skills to enable us to let go of anything that is no longer working for us, limiting beliefs, behaviors, and confusion. Get clear on what we want our lives to be like. Developing our brain health, but most of all seeing and developing our unique talents, strengths, and personality and strengthening our relationships to intentionally create a life that works for us.

    This method utilizes my skills as a solution-focused therapist, energy coach, relationship coach, meditation guide, and strategic intervention practitioner, and of course my life experiences.

    Sara Robinson is a PR & Communication Consultant. A journalist, writer and a councillor for the Labour party in Cardiff in Wales.
