Powerful book about why you must tell a good story

I've enjoyed all Seth Godin's books, but this one was especially solid and in my opinion, actionable. It definitely reframed the way I think about marketing as a whole, and will definitely affect any of my future marketing efforts. Highly recommended!

Easy to understand and apply

Seth Godin never disappoints. His storytelling...I mean the lies he tells... are enjoyable, practical, and simple to adapt to any business IF you have the creativity, determination and authentic desire to help need to build a great business.

A lot of fluff without much substance.

I really like Seth Godin, but I found this book to be very lacking when it comes to advice to create ones own marketing. There’s a lot of emphasis on storytelling, being remarkable and being authentic but it doesn’t do much to actually explain how to create tell the story.
