Good information but lacking a realistic approach to nutritional healing

I enjoyed the detailed information provided and have an better overall understanding of histamine intolerance. What is missing from this book is a realistic approach to eating. The carnivore diet is very unrealistic for many people in terms of cost, variety
and convenience. Most people do not have the time to visit a butcher each day for fresh cuts of meat, nor can they afford it. I wish there was more information on specific foods, especially fruits and vegetables that are helpful and harmful in the healing process.
