Great information!
This book was great to explain how intermittent fasting "works behind the scene", explains the whole process of autophogy in details and I'm glad I listened to it and learned about autophogy. I do think this information is important to understand in order to understand intermittent fasting and why it's so beneficial. However, I don't feel ready enough to start intermittent fasting. I'm not sure exactly what information I'm missing but I feel I need more of a plan and I feel I didn't get it from this book. Might just be me second guessing myself too.
