Mastering Agile

The strategies the book gave are considerably more supportive. I've perceived how Agile project development models tended to the weaknesses related with traditional project administration models in meeting the regularly developing requests and desires that associations were confronting. This is my legitimate, impartial assessment about the book.

it is an interesting subject matter

It is an interesting subject matter but found the writing to be a bit borish at times but overall a decent read if relevant. I received this item at no charge in return for my honest review, which I have provided here. All opinions are my own and not effected by the cost of the item.

The explanations are clear

The explanations are clear, and easy to understand. The author does a great job of explaining things thoroughly and little by little expanding on the principles of agile project management. As the title states, it is a "simplified" version, which I much prefer to text books that give you the run around a million times to describe a simple concept.

Agile project methodology always helps your project(s) to stay on track and achieve planned targets in terms of financials, timelines, and deliveries; without compromising quality. Noticeably, Agile project management or agile methodology permits you to entertain as many changes in the customer requirements as you wish as the crux of the game lies on iterations that are small but measurable.

Great little guide

This is a nice guide to Agile PM! We have been reading up on the different styles and I personally used Waterfall for years. As a seasoned PM with a PMP, this was a nice guide to review. It hits high level and observes very helpful tips and ideas to making Agile work for your methodology.
