I’m not sure how to grade this 😂

There is some truth, but it’s really basic surface level stuff. He really stresses being active in a less than desirable way and talks about showering. 😂 Best part for me was when he talked about Tom girls and how to be like them. I AM a Tom girl and I do shower, workout 5 days/week, eat well, plus pretty smart, like sports, etc. Still, I’m not “feminine” enough soooo ya. Found this book pretty unhelpful as it is basically 3 1/2 chapters of fat phobia - I’ve had guy friends who only wanted large women 🤷‍♀️ so pretty sure that’s a preference. Be active, yes I agree with. Try to better self, yes… so how to do all of this and be feminine? I think that’s a better question to explore.
