Worth every penny!
I am very glad I came across this book. I have been going through a lot lately and this book really helped me see things in a much more positive mindset.
I will definitely recommend it to anyone that feels like they need a bit of a boost in their life.

Exactly what I needed right now
I listened to this book as an audiobook, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was only 3 hours, and the voice actor had a pleasant voice. As I was listening, I felt like I was achieving what the book had promised - I was able to get out of my head.
I made it my 2021 goal to work on self-care and put myself first. This book made that a realistic and achievable thing. The book provided a comprehensive review of going after what you want by building a plan rooted in routine and habits. Using routines in work, relationships and for yourself is the most effective way to keep your body in a healthy cycle. From here, the book expands into more concrete examples of how to stop negative thoughts, building upon a routine to introduce meditation, learning to play and even delving into goal setting in your daily life.
This book provided tangible skills from beginning to end and was thoroughly researched - I cannot recommend it enough. I was shocked how much valuable information was packed into this book, and I know I will go back to listen to this as I begin to work on my goal-setting some more!

Ok but very rudimentary
Basically schedule every little part of your life into a careful routine. Not what I expected from title and description.
