Excellent book, extremely helpful!!!!!

This was a very clear, simple and practical book filled with tools and exercises to better understand and manage your thoughts and feelings. If you suffer from paralyzing anxiety and stress, if you tend to procrastinate and feel awful about it and if you are stuck in the rut of life and feel utterly hopeless and depressed or if you simply need a good reminder to stick to your goals and how to do that in a sustainable way, this book is definitely for you. This book is helping me in ways I never thought possible. It is worth every penny, it is one of the most valuable audiobook in my library. I finished it today and will definitely reread it and download the worksheets. Can’t wait! 🤩

Regurgitated ideas, over simplified content

None of this content is new or compelling. The author lacks depth. It was a short audiobook and I struggled to get through it on double speed. Narrator is good.

Good starting point for someone to get exposed

I would have been nice if I had this early on. It gives you brief introduction to each part of your personality. some parts resonate more than others, but you can see which ones you require further dive into.

A very good reminder of how emtions work

I chose this book because I was in a period of struggling to manage my emtions. I clearly felt that I needed to find some way to control them before they control me. Honestly after completing the book, I cant say that l learnt anything that I didnt know before, but it was the reminder that i needed , and came in an organized way. I think i will revisit it every once a while. One thing I appreciate very much in the book is the authenticity of the author, being honest and truthful, never pretend he knows better than anyone else, it does raise the impact of this book on readers to another level.

Boring

I felt as there was no meat to this book. Nothing resonated with me. Was rather dry and the narration was hard to keep my attention.
The author constantly references quotes from other books. I might as well read those books instead. Or references future chapters to read. Makes it feel poorly organized.

This book is a collection of ready-made phrases, agglutinated studies, non-scientific evidence and other narratives just to convey the author's point of view. It lacks credibility to sustain what it proposes and I'm not really quite sure about the other books by the same author.

Maybe good for someone starting, and for that it's 5 Stars. However for someone who is looking to fine tune for further improvement of ones self I don't find it as good.

Content is very straight forward and easy to learn and apply even in the most busy life routine. Step by step 'how to' guide to understanding, practicing and maintaining and balanced healthy life by altering your current thoughts, recognizing them along with the emotions that are attached, and strategies on change and prevention of those thoughts and behaviors that ultimately keep you stuck and frustrated in certain unhealthy or unwanted life style habits. The author uses and mentions/ references exercises in the accompanying PD. The accompanying PDF for this title that is a crucial tool to have while reading this book but is available in wrong format or inaccessible.

PDF Not Available

The book is good but I'm unable to open the PDF that he refers to throughout the book. I've tried several times on multiple devices without any success. Not sure how to go about getting access to this component. Wish I could access it as this is instrumental in getting the most out of this book. Any and all suggestions welcome.

Game changer

love it but missing ch 16 in the audible. I do love the voice used easy and calming just put chapter 16 in there.

Good short little book

Had some useful information in it. I just wish they didn't quote Ekhart Tholle so much. That guy is a hack. But other than that I gained some decent insight from it about the emotional world.

Fantastic Read

This book has really good insight on the paradigma of success in order to revamp your emotional well being by simply analyzing it, reflecting on the whys and how you can transform your mindset into someone you want to be around in both your personal life and professional life. What excites you? What doesn’t? It’s challenges you to sit down and listen. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a different perspective on managing your emotions!
