Publisher's Summary

From Bulletproof creator and best-selling author Dave Asprey comes a revolutionary approach to anti-aging that will help you up your game at any age.

Dave Asprey suffered countless symptoms of aging as a young man, which sparked a life-long burning desire to grow younger with each birthday. For more than 20 years, he has been on a quest to find innovative, science-backed methods to upgrade human biology and redefine the limits of the mind, body, and spirit. The results speak for themselves. Now in his 40s, Dave is smarter, happier, and more fit and successful than ever before.

In Super Human, he shows how this is level of health and performance possible for all of us. While we assume we will peak in middle age and then decline, Asprey’s research reveals there is another way. It is possible to make changes on the sub-cellular level to dramatically extend life span. And the tools to live longer also give you more energy and brainpower right now.

The answers lie in Dave’s Seven Pillars of Aging that contribute to degeneration and disease while diminishing your performance in the moment. Using simple interventions - like diet, sleep, light, exercise, and little-known but powerful hacks from ozone therapy to proper jaw alignment, you can decelerate cellular aging and supercharge your body’s ability to heal and rejuvenate.

A self-proclaimed human guinea pig, Asprey arms listeners with practical advice to maximize their lives at every age with his signature mix of science-geek wonder, candor, and enthusiasm. Getting older no longer has to mean decline. Now it’s an opportunity to become Super Human.

Interesting

You could not possibly apply all of these, not would you have the guys to, but interesting to hear the level of advancement now and to come in the longevity field. A mix of redundant information from his earlier books along with some new or updated information. Definitely an interesting read you will get at least a few tips from that you can apply to your own life now along with an good audit more fringe approaches which could be the future. For now, a valid reason to avoid Kale. Thanks Dave.

Very IMPORTANT URGENT !!! NEED A PDF FILE

The book is excellent, a lot of information , too many excellent information to extract or remember just with an audiobook , and to many difficult words ,I think is very very important and URGENT to have a PDF FILE support (backup) , for an easy look an better study of the book , advises and supplements .

No PDF included.. good luck 🙄

The fact that there’s no PDF for us audible people really brings down the rating on the book because that means you literally have to be listening to this book with a pen and paper to write down all the tips, notes, recommendations, protocol , and information down.
I listened to the whole book but it’s so much information that when you get too overwhelmed, you can’t really put into practice... i’m going to try to listen to it more and take more notes so I can figure out a condensed clean protocol that I can start

I get audible books because I don’t have a lot of time to read, now this is giving me more work to do. Also a lot of sales pitches

This type of book really requires a PDF. Just like all my other health and nutrition books do.

I sure didn’t need a PDF when I was reading/ listening to Pet Cemetery by Stephen King

Needs a PDF. Good compilation of emerging health

I'm grateful that there are those challenging a medical system only focused on the sick. I'm grateful that we can surface here in this book and movement emerging health and tech to make our lives better and put in to practice research instead of waiting 50 years for it to become mainstream.

The book is a cursory review of many of those options and does less justice than an in depth blog post on them but it does bring up many I hadn't heard of which I think is where the value is in both that variety and having them in one place focused on anti-aging.

I would request an organized PDF based on condition or scenario for the recommendations, color coded by strength of research results (citations on page 2). I'm typing in Chinese herbs mentioned on the audible and I can't spell all of them.

In addition there are so many things you could do and it is somewhat organized on expensive, medium cheap which is great but because there are multiple scenarios figuring out what to do with all of this is a bit frustrating. It needs a flow chart of if you have this, try x, if that doesn't work try y.

NEEDS A PDF!!! Info is usless with out a reference

He throws a lot of science at you and if you want to start using this information you have to sit with a paper and pen. The only time I have to listen to books is when I'm driving. Driving and writing don't mix!

Infomercial

I've read all of Dave Asprey's books. They are infomercial. Get ready to bombardment of his products. He is explaining what is good and what is not good for you. But he always praises products he is making money from and he always finds bad things about the alternatives or only show the bad things about the alternatives... There are also lots of personal opinion of him. Book is still good for someone like me that reads every book on personal health and investment.

NO PDF- Unbelievable!

How can one possibly recall all of the specific vitamins and suggestions (therapies) without a list of items on a PDF? I am shocked that this is not included. It actually ruins the book for me. :(

Incredible information! Great tips on health!

Thanks for another well-researched book Dave! For every aspect of health, you offer some very wide-ranging strategies with some things being very technical or expensive, while offering other options that are also very easy and practical to implement.

Not really what I was looking for.

Not really a fan. Not many people are going to go to his extremes. I want the 80/20 rule give me the 20% that gets 80% of the results. And I would definitely need alot more evidence then just hearing this guy to try alot of his recommendations. Then he is trying to sale a bunch of supplements or treatments that his company sales. Also Joe Rogan said they tested his bullet proof coffee and his main selling point was a lie.
