It's not you; it's your schedule. Does it sound like magic? It's not. We've all heard of circadian rhythms - those biological processes that give us jet lag and make us night owls or early birds. But few of us know just how profoundly these diurnal patterns affect our overall health. Bad habits - like skipping meals, squeezing in workouts, working late into the night and then trying to catch up on sleep during the weekend - disrupt our natural cycles. A growing body of research on chronobiology reveals just how sensitive the human body is to these rhythms all the way down to the genetic level.

Learning happens when we are able to trust and feel safe; fear and shame are barriers, not facilitators, for authentic growth, acceptance, and change. Dr. Robyne maps out a kinder approach to taking on the challenges of life and developing authentic self-alignment and balance.

Quite good, Don’t give up too quick
I was close to quitting this in the first 10 minutes due to initially finding the reading hard to listen to. It comes off as quite mechanical and emotionless at first but if you stick with it, you will come to find his reading soothing and almost therapeutic. Content wise, it was filled with great advice and motivational information. Overall I enjoyed it.
