The Answers To Our Questions Truly Is Within Us!
I chose to speed up the reading speed, this helps me stick with my audio books. it's not that I'm not intereste, I just find it hard to stick with them.
This is a must listen! So many things that are unspoken knowledge with to us yet we seem to miss them. looking at ourselves in the same but different way we can see that it's all in our control! we just need to listen and feel what is natural to us.
Our bodies how to maintain itself, how to excel if we want, it knows when we need to slow down and heal... the key is to listen to it. Know one knows us better than ourselves! Trust yourself!

incredible what is possible with just a few tweeks
Great book that presents Ayurveda in a Scientific way. Everything just makes sense and you are given phases to gradually ease into it. I am excited to implement what I learned asap. It will take only a little adjustment but I can already see the rewards coming. An inspiring book with doable little tweeks ayone can do - a little at a time. Man, so glad I bought this. Also recommend "Why We Sleep" by Matthew Walker and "Breath" by James Nestor.

Based on ayurveda
This book is based on ayurveda, and only flirts with scientific evidence. It still has some interesting advice on how to organize your day, but the dietary advice is often patently absurd and was hard to get through.
If you are into alternative medicine, you might fancy this book. If you like advice grounded in scientific evidence, I would skip it.
