I dive into the power of self-awareness and why getting curious about our behaviors is so much more effective than criticizing ourselves 🙏✨.During the episode, I’ll ask you 5 reflective questions to help you identify whether you may be using substances—or other behaviors—as a way to avoid, numb, or self-soothe.
