Action Follows Understanding

I found this book to be very helpful in understanding anger.
I think the most important point was that we cannot make others behave the way we would like, but we can alter our responses to what they do or do not say or do.
I found the audio to be clear, and the gentle yet firm quality of the voice to be perfect for this book.
While I found it distracting to hear "Quote" and "end quote" often throughout, I understand the necessity of doing this.
I gave 4 stars to the story, because it is not finished if we are not moved to take action against our angry focus. I felt the suggestions at the end could have had more emphasis on them, considering they were the whole point.

Not a book by a professional or expert apparently.

There is a disclaimer at the start of the book saying that it is for "entertainment purposes only" and not to be construed as actual advice from a professional or expert in the field of psychology or any related discipline. There is no information given on the credentials of the author, or any forward of any sort, nor could I find anything online. Some of the advice is okay, but it is hard to take the work too seriously after the disclaimers, which is unfortunate. Probably better to pick up another book on the same topic.
