Such a great audio for beginners into healthy diets

She is sooo informative, I can literally listen to her voice all day. I am 4 episodes in and have taken a full page of notes. I have just discovered that my eczema is caused by gluten foods. Hearing this helps me realize how many more foods I should be incorporating into my diet and I can live without the gluten. I would recommend this to anyone that is interested in healthy eating. I put on headphones and clean and cook while listening it is a great way to educate yourselves for busy individuals who may not have time to read.

Fantastic

It is an eye opening look at the gut. I've already recommended to a friend. I had no idea about the difference in the prebiotic and probiotic in the gut. Also looks like pasta is back on the menu. I definitely recommend this audiobook.
