For a younger audience
I want to support the message of this book, however this book reads as if it was written by a fourteen year old boy. If you are a fourteen year old, this book is for you!

Not that great
These guys try to sound cool by swaring and using trendy phrases, but it doesn't make the book any more interesting or easy to listen to. I'd say if you're considering a vegan diet, read the china study
