Publisher's Summary

"But I can't...."

"There's no way...."

"It's impossible...."

Enough. Get off your ass make your "someday" goals a priority - today.

After years of coaching and consulting hundreds of startup rookies as well as seasoned entrepreneurs, executives, and CEOs, Bedros Keuilian realized that most people who want to start a business, grow an existing business, author a book, make more money, or make a bigger impact usually take the long, slow, painful way to get there...and more than 80 percent of entrepreneurs never get to their desired destination or achieve their full potential in business. They treat their dream as if it were merely a hobby and dip their toes in the water, but they never commit to diving in - you get the idea.

It's time to cut the bullshit excuses. Everyone has a gift, a purpose. It's your duty to figure out what your gift is and how you're going to share it with the world.

Man Up: How to Cut the Bullshit and Dominate Your Path is your guide to doing exactly that. Keuilian, founder and CEO of Fit Body Boot Camp and known as the "hidden genius" behind many of the most successful brands and businesses throughout multiple industries, will teach you how to break out of the sea of mediocrity, get singularly focused on your purpose, and do what it takes - not only to achieve but dominate your goals.

With Keuilian's no-nonsense approach in both business and personal spheres, you'll be able to define your purpose and have clarity of vision - and a plan - to make the quantum leap. Whether it's creating and growing a company, leaving a legacy, making a difference, or launching a new brand, you will discover how to use your passion, purpose, and sheer grit to overcome any adversity that attempts to derail your progress.

If there's an area of your life in which you need to man up, this book will get you there.

First Audiobook - Absolutely Amazing.

Being transparent this is my first ever audiobook. I'm an entrepreneur myself and I'm quite short on time. I figured well this will be a great way to get get the knowledge jam packed in my brain. Seriously a tremendous book. At the start it seemed like your typical self improvement book, however, I was quickly dismissed by that in no time. Deadly book and I will 100% be listening to it again to get some of these concepts especially about your team to get it drilled in my head. It's time to start delegating.

Good overview, but nothing new or groundbreaking

If you’ve read lots of self help / improvement books already most of this book will be a repeat for you. Go to bed early, get up early, manage your time/emotions, exercise, eat right, and focus on gratitude.

You’re better off doing a deep dive into each of these topics with a book solely dedicated to that area. Want to learn how to build good habits, read Atomic Habits. Manage your emotions? Read Obstacle is the Way or Daily Stoic.

This book doesn’t dive deep enough into any of these areas for me and doesn’t tell a good enough story to make up for it.

My big take away or ah-ha moment from this book was the importance of being decisive. That’s what I really took away from this book.

Highly recommended

Anyone looking for a kick in the a** or a new outlook on every day life or just a little inspiration should take the time to read or listen to Bedros’s message. Can’t put a price on the value of learning from someone who has already been through the gauntlet and back.

Definitely not humble, but I guess that's ok.

Get up early. Work late. lose your bad habits. Lose your bad friends. This book in a nutshell.

The nooks and crannies.

I have been a business owner for almost 2 years now. For most of those years I felt lost and confused. While I was told of the positions that I needed to have within my business to be successful and a well oiled machine I was never told what those positions entailed. While I am still trying to figure things out this book has made everything so clear for me. It gave me all the roles and details I need to implement to be successful and to be a good leader. Thank you Badros. Your trials weren’t for nothing, they were meant to be shared with millions so that they can learn how to be the best they can be in this life.

Bedros Doesn't Suck!

Man Up is a great read and deserves your attention. I had the pleasure of selling Bedros his Nissan GTR many years ago and he inspired me then as he does now. With his narration of Man Up you really get a sense of who he is as a person, a dedicated family man and as a driven leader. If you are in a leadership role or wish to be someday, buy or borrow this book now. After you read it, read it again, then gift it to someone else. Can't wait for the next one Bedros.
