I like the way it's broken down and the way it explains the steps to become self disciplined. Very gripping book. I just feel the narrator could have been more enthusiastic and not sound like a computer voice. Overall very good book, would recommend.

I play this everyday and refer to it as my brainwashing book. It motivates me while.i am tackling difficult daily tasks and if you are struggling with ADHD, (I was diagnosed in my 50s), this is a game changer. It is thought provoking and very motivating and the sense of logic is very powerful.

This book contains some very helpful insights for me that I think will help me move forward from a difficult place in my life. The narrator was very effective with good pace and tone. It is a concise book, easy to refer back to as a guide, unlike some books that go on and on without getting to the point.
