Very helpful book

I like the way it's broken down and the way it explains the steps to become self disciplined. Very gripping book. I just feel the narrator could have been more enthusiastic and not sound like a computer voice. Overall very good book, would recommend.

A great listen!

This book contains some very helpful insights for me that I think will help me move forward from a difficult place in my life. The narrator was very effective with good pace and tone. It is a concise book, easy to refer back to as a guide, unlike some books that go on and on without getting to the point.

Simple, valuable, and important reminders and lessons

The book synthesizes many key lessons from other authorities in business, psychology and personal development. I put this on 2x the speed and listened to it on a Saturday morning in under 2 hours. It felt great to read this and learn from as it’s been on my list for a while. It was also a good discipline practice to focus on my breathing while taking in the words with as much focus as I could muster. I’m thinking of this book as the 80/20 of important insights related to discipline. It was well worth the listen for me
