Awesome Tips For Personal Improvement

I am very familiar with all that is in this audiobook. Over time, life got busier, I steered away from that important part of balance and traded happiness. The effects of losing my joy were, at times, devastating. This book is a timely reminder and a lifesaver in the moment. I'm so glad I bought it. I highly recommend reading this book both as a premptive and responsive measure then making it a lifestyle habit toward balance and self-preservation.

Some good, easy takeaways here

If you’re a big podcast listener of interview shows like Tim Ferris, you’ve probably heard loads of guests come on and talk about the concepts the Dr. Sharp goes through in this series. Nevertheless, I found each episode had a clear takeaway that I can easily incorporate into my life. Worth a listen for sure!

Love it.

So happy to have found this podcast. It’s not rocket science and it’s not really anything you haven’t heard before, but it’s great and simple advice that’s laid out in a comprehensible way. Dr. Happy makes it all seem realistic and manageable.

Not for me

Unfortunately, I have not enjoyed this podcast. I find it boring and difficult to listen to. It is repetitive info (re: nothing I haven't heard already) - which wouldn't be bad, if the host were engaging to listen to. I don't like to give negative reviews, so I apologize, but I wish I could remove this podcast from my library.

Fantastic!

The knowledge this man shares with you is very easy to digest, it's simple and easy to understand. Just by listening to this I'm feeling happier, uplifted and motivated to apply the methods in my everyday life. The steps are described with simplicity and references/examples that related to just about anyone. I would highly recommend this to whoever is along their journey towards better living. It can be a refreshing to listen to it again a 2nd time.

boring

The book was too generic. Did not enjoy very boring. Couldn't even finish it - there are better things to read.
