Unsure of show this works

Please take the stars with a grain of salt because I may be misunderstanding the mechanism of action here.

Firstly the beginning that has audible words was very relaxing and hypnotic. I was tempted to keep the audiobook just for that part, but have decided to return it because beyond the initial hypnotism I can’t hear any audible words on the topic the rest of the hypnosis. I turned it right up to see if it was being done through subliminal messaging, but still no audible sound for over 7 hours.

It would be very very helpful when they market these to know something about what’s happening here because it may be doing something on the topic the rest of time but otherwise it just seems like music that frankly kept me awake.
