Good Divers Content

Good diversity of alternative approaches to health & wellness, pretty basic info and tends to assume reader has little knowledge. Quick read and could be good for someone open to hearing about many different & valid approaches to wellness. As for making me smile or laugh, not so much.

Super uplifting lil book, I love it going to read it again. Interesting and informative with great ideas and tips.
