À propos de cet audio
What if you could defuse tension and create accord in even the most volatile situations - just by changing the way you spoke? Over the past 35 years, Marshall Rosenberg has done just that, peacefully resolving conflicts in families, schools, businesses, and governments in 30 countries all over the world. On Nonviolent Communication, this renowned peacemaker presents his complete system for speaking our deepest truths, addressing our unrecognized needs and emotions, and honoring those same concerns in others. With this adaptation of the best-selling book of the same title, Marshall Rosenberg teaches in his own words:
- Observations, feelings, needs, and requests - how to apply the four-step process of Nonviolent Communication to every dialogue we engage in
- Overcoming the blocks to compassion - and opening to our natural desire to enrich the lives of those around us
- How to use empathy to safely confront anger, fear, and other powerful emotions
Here is a definitive audio training workshop on Marshall Rosenberg's proven methods for "resolving the unresolvable" through Nonviolent Communication.

ADHD in adults is one of the most common disorders. Living with ADHD in our later years is hugely influenced by multiple factors: co-occurring issues, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and learning disorders combined with a heightened level of stress, the presence or lack of support from others, and the number of people we are responsible for, can complicate and intensify the effects of ADHD. The good news is that you’ve come to the right place to learn more about how older adults with ADHD can lead calmer, happier, more productive lives.

We say some people march to the beat of a different drummer. But implicit in this cliché is that the rest of us march to the same beat. We sleepwalk through life, find ourselves on well-worn paths that were never ours to walk, and become a silent extra. Extraordinary people carve their own paths as leaders and creators. They think and act with genuine independence. They stand out from the crowd because they embody their own shape and color. We call these people geniuses—as if they’re another breed. But genius isn’t for a special few. It can be cultivated. This book will show you how.

Beautiful book. With some great ideas to approach communication and check-in with out needs. I listen to it several times. The subject is complicated for being like me, full of triggers and automatic responses.

Nonviolent Communication
Very helpful information. Will take time to implement into one’s everyday dialogue and actions. The narrator’s voice was difficult to hear clearly. With some background noise I had to put my volume to near highest in order to hear what the narrator (Marshall Rosenberg himself?) was saying.

Absolutely amazing; life changing!
I had long failed attempts at reading the book version, and while not ordinarily a audiobook fan, this audiobook blew me away. I think what made it most impactful was that it was read by the author, so I could feel the sincerity and authenticity of his words. His voice is also slow and soothing, a perfect companion to a morning cup of coffee.
The lessons in it are life changing. I’m already rewinding it back to the beginning. I suspect I’ll play this repeatedly so that the powerful messages become ingrained in me and my communication and approach to life transforms to better enrich my life and the life of others.
I hope Marshall is resting in peace.
