At 57 I thought I had mastered setting boundaries and not letting others dictate how I reacted or felt—apparently not! From the very start, I found myself saying over and over, “Yes! So true! Exactly!” all the way through to the last page. It opened my eyes, helped me reset my boundaries, gave me the language, stopped me from over-analyzing, confirmed what I was feeling was right, and reminded me not to waste another tear on those who don’t deserve the space. Life is short! This is a must read. I’ve already started re-reading it. Hoping there is a second book to follow?
