How do you know me so well? This is the first time I have had help with this journey in a way that speaks to me fully. Every issue was addressed for me with practical solutions that seemed really doable and almost exciting. Mostly though I appreciated this author’s way of teaching these skills. I am not a person who ever re-reads a book however, I am going to do that with this one as I feel it is so practical it can support the daily habits development.
