About this listen

The Japanese phenomenon that teaches us the simple yet profound lessons required to liberate our real selves and find lasting happiness.

The Courage to Be Disliked shows you how to unlock the power within yourself to become your best and truest self, change your future and find lasting happiness. Using the theories of Alfred Adler, one of the three giants of 19th-century psychology alongside Freud and Jung, the authors explain how we are all free to determine our own future - free of the shackles of past experiences, doubts and the expectations of others.

It's a philosophy that's profoundly liberating, allowing us to develop the courage to change and to ignore the limitations that we and those around us can place on ourselves. The result is an audiobook that is both highly accessible and profound in its importance. Millions have already benefited from its wisdom. Now that The Courage to Be Disliked has been published in English, so can you.

This book started off a bit dry but once I got used to the dialogue, the value in each sentence was incredible. The simplicity of the ideas unfolds into deep deep meanings that penetrate every moment of life. Highly recommend if you are interested in being a happier person who can see the world clearer

Incredible

Great dialogue.. and a little acting helped. I would recommend this book for a different perspective of how many change what is not working for them.

You don't have to believe any of it, but it is worth expanding the mind and for consideration.

this book is full of little gems of thoughts and ideas challenging the way we think of life till now. the courage to be disliked, the courage to be happy, the courage to be normal.. you gotta go back a 2nd and 3rd time, or even more to grasp the messages its aiming to deliver. it has encouraged me to study more about adlerian philosophy and continue to dig deeper.

Definitely a Must Read
