Guide book on how to sugar coat your words
The book is all about analyzing and coating your conversations to the utmost perfection before it comes out of your mouth. Basically they are telling us to never speak your mind, stop before you speak, put 100 layers of filters and then let it out.
Following this will make me an inauthentic person. They also go on and on about a single view in the entire chapter. Had to skip chapters due to this. I will not be recommending this book to anyone.
