Informative, easy to understand for a lay person

First of all cudos to the speaker, the book was very informative in a manner that the lay person could comprehend. It broke down the vital areas providing great back up and great remedies that are readily available. Fantastic advice to consult my my functional medicine practitioner who is totally on this same page. Thank you.

The reader should be banned

It wasn’t the writing, the content was actually good. It was the damn reader. She sounded robotic and completely detached from the content.

Very enlightening

I enjoyed this book. It provides a lot of great details to better health. Dr. Ameet is truly generous with his information in teaching people how to become healthy and well.
Buying his book will help improve this world’s view on mindfulness, self-care, and love.
It’s a good book to read and study for yourself and for your loved one’s experiencing health issues.

Good information/robotic narration with many mispronunciations

I found the information in the audiobook to be very helpful. The narration was terrible and annoying to listen to. I thought for sure it was computer generated. There were many, many words that were not pronounced correctly. I will be purchasing the printed book, as I would like to have it for reference, but I just can’t listen to it again.

Very well read to listen to

I liked the whole book. Wrote a lot down to try. Thank you and now I am going to buy the book for all that I missed writing down.
