A lot of great lessons

I loved the overarching messaging of this book. Most thoughts and concepts were new to me, even if I've thought of them before but could never put them into words. I found the audiobook a hard format to follow along with since the whole book is structured as numbered points rather than a linear storytelling - if I paused the audiobook and returned to the same chapter later, I often forgot what the narrator was talking about.

At times I had to stop listening because the narration got on my nerves; the enunciation and inflictions were so strange.

Great boook

I love it! I actually brought the physical copy because I want to write it down all the work it’s in the book. I’ve been doing therapy for a few months and I find the work in this book as helpful as my therapist.
